Holiday Party Sparkle

December is a whirlwind of holiday fiesta’s: your work party, your spouse’s work party, your best friend's annual cocktail party, your Great Aunt Cindy’s cousin twice removed by marriage. They’re nonstop. PLUS...that’s all before New Year's Eve.  But rest easy, we’re here to help.  Behold, our go-to holiday party accessory pick for the 2019 season: sequins (don’t cringe, they’re not as scary as you think).

Whoever said “less is more”, is a bore. You deserve to stand out...and not just for having spit up and macaroni and cheese from your toddler smeared across your shirt. You washed your hair. You put makeup on. You may have even sprung for a manicure with a nail polish name like “Holidazed Over You”. You’ve earned these sequins.  

Feeling fancy? Spent the past 12 months working on those calves at the gym? Then show them off by rockin' a killer sequin cocktail dress. Looking for a little more casual? Throw on a pair of black skinnies and stilettos to complement your sparkle tee. Similar to the dress, you’re in control of how hardcore you want to go. We’re not going to judge if you want to rival the Times Square ball - you do you, girl.

Our personal favorite this year? Sequin pants. Wide leg, paper bag waist, and leggings...oh my. I don’t know about you, but there is nothing that I love more than those rare unicorn moments where I get to be comfortable WHILE being dressed up. No tugging and pulling and being suffocated in my Spanx. Just be ready to tell everyone where you got those bad boys because the people are going to need to know.

Just a few more weeks of holly, jolly cheer, and then you can retire your sequins and detox in your sweats for the next 11 months. We’re in this together...we’ve got this...make me (and Great Aunt Cindy) proud.
